  1、Closed impeller
  By the vane and the front and rear cover plate composition. The closed impeller is more efficient and more difficult to manufacture. It is used in the fire pump. Suitable for conveying clean water, solutions and other clean liquids with small viscosity and no particles.
  2、Semi-open impeller
  (1) the front half-open type: by the back cover and vane composition, this structure impeller efficiency is low, in order to improve efficiency need to be equipped with adjustable gap sealing ring.
  (2) after the semi-open type: by the front cover plate and vane composition, due to the application and closed fire pump impeller the same sealing ring, efficiency and closed impeller basically the same, and vane in addition to transporting liquid, but also has a back vane or vice impeller sealing role.
  3、Open impeller
  Only the blade and blade reinforcement, no front and rear cover impeller. Open impeller blade number is less 2-5 pieces. Fire pump impeller efficiency is low, the application is less, mainly used for conveying high viscosity liquid and slurry liquid.

  1, Control voltage.
  During construction, the operating power voltage of the fire pump button is still connected to AC 220V.
  2, Start control.
  Fire pumps have three places to control the start.
  (1) at the indoor fire hydrant box directly start.
  (2) at the fire control room control.
  (3) in the pump room near the fire pump control.
  3、Fault control.
  Fire control room should be able to display the fault status of fire equipment, power failure and other simple fault signals fire control can display, and other fault signals such as fire pump overload fault signal, construction in practice often avoid this point, so as not to affect the correct detection of equipment failure in the control room.
  4, With a manual alarm button instead of fire hydrant button to start the pump.
