3, often check the motor bearing temperature and stator temperature rise;
4、Frequently check the flow and pressure of the lubricating water of the guide bearing, do not allow the water to be cut off during operation, the lubrication system with filtering device, need to clean the filter regularly;
5, shall not be allowed outside the range allowed in the pump, so as not to overload burned motor;
6, not allowed in the case of insufficient depth under the pump liquid, in order to avoid cavitation damage to the pump;
7, often check the shaft seal leakage and heat, if the leakage is too large, should replace the packing.


Four, close the pump precautions
1、Close the inlet and outlet gate valve and pressure gauge, listen to the cooling and lubricating water of the pump.
2, when to stop the pump operation, gradually close the export gate valve and pressure gauge, and then cut off the power.
3、After the pump has stopped completely, turn off the cooling and lubricating water again.
