4. Lift the pump onto the foundation plate and connect it as a whole, and configure the cooling water pipe.

5, by adjusting the thrust bearing upper cargo pump coupling in the adjusting nut to lift the rotor, the rotor lifting amount for the total rotor tampering power 1/2.

6, adjust the motor coupling centre by adjusting the top wire on the electric motor seat.

7, check the coupling runout, for rigid couplings, pump coupling radial runout and end runout ≤ 0.1mm, for flexible couplings, water pump and motor coupling diameter, directional deviation is less than 0.1mm, end gap load table requirements, unevenness along the circumference is less than 0.1mm.

8, Between the pump and the discharge pipe, generally need to install the gate valve and check valve, the gate valve is installed between the pump and check valve.
