I. Pump body
Daily examination, refill, replace slicking oil painting, oil painting abrasion, rust should be replaced in its wholeness.
Leakage check good quilting, no water seepage into the pump body, water overflow, trachoma, pump shaft seepage inflow into the ground.
Flexible gyration, no jamming, pump shaft and motor shaft on the same centerline, tight seats, rustproof screws( withanti-corrosion measures), complete gaskets.
Test sequestration resistance of windings with 500VMΩ table( R ≥0.5 MΩ) test motor and ground resistance( R ≥ 10Ω) per time.
Neat appearance, good makeup, clear identification, clear handwriting on nameplate.
II. faucets, pipeline, and accessories
faucets shall be flexible, unstopped, tightly closed, and free of internal or external leaks.
The stopcock body handle shall be complete, the stopcock stem shall be waxed and in good appearance.
Check stopcock operation is flexible and free of water leakage.
Pressure hand pointer is flexible, accurate suggestion, clear dial, position is easy to observe, good tightening, water penetration from table faucets and joints.
III. Motor
Appearance must be in order, nameplate must be clear, corridor must be fixed, couplings must have defensive covers, and grounding must be good.
The ends of the lines and couplings shall be tight, firm, well connected, with no exposed corridor, and easily numbered.
Grounding lines shall be firm and dependable.
IV. Operation
Point 3 times, observe the steering, start current, electrical action sequence, suggestion signal,etc. are normal gyration.
Pump affair water pressure is normal, water pressure can meet the structure water conditions flat and stable, no jump, no egregious vibration, no strange sound, stable pressure hand display, pump bearing temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃- 65 ℃.
Three- phase current and temperature of the motor shall not exceed the rated values specified on the nameplate, speed and voltage shall be normal.
Motor undervoltage, phase loss, and overcurrent defensive bias may act in time to insure the safety of the outfit.
The control panel factors are complete, the operating handle is complete, there's no overheating, there's basically no sound, the operating sequence is correct ahead and after meeting the conditions, and the signal suggestions are correct.
