Conservation of diesel fire pumps

Proper conservation of diesel fire pumps, especially preventative conservation, is the simplest and most provident conservation and thus the key to extending service life and reducing operating costs. The diurnal conservation can be performed according to the following way.
Check the energy position in the energy tank and remove sufficient energy if necessary. Check the oil painting position in the oil painting tank- check that the oil painting position is over to the mark of the line engraved on the oil painting dipstick and add the specified quantum if it's inadequate, but not further than the upper limit of the line engraved on the oil painting dipstick.
Check that there's sufficient slicking oil painting in the lubrication point of the pump- remove the slicking oil painting draw from the diesel rotation pump and check that there's sufficient slicking oil painting, if there's not, fit sufficient slicking oil painting using an oil painting gun.
Check that the water in the water tank is sufficient you'll find that the water in the water tank isn't sufficient to fill it in time and the water added should be pure freshwater.However, limescale will fluently make up in the water tank, affecting cooling and causing breakdowns, If you use groundwater directly. In Nordic countries( ambient temperature below zero) antifreeze with applicable condensation point should be configured according to the original minimal temperature.
Check for three leaks( water, oil painting, gas)- check the sealing face of the oil painting pipe and water pipe connections, if there are leaks they must be excluded incontinently; if there's a loose or air leak on the exhaust pipe, the gasket in the cylinder head this must also be ruled out incontinently.
Check the acid in the battery- the electrolyte position in the battery should generally be 10- 15 mm above the upper face of the pole plate, and should be acclimated by adding dilute sulfuric acid or distilled water with a specific graveness of,400 g/ cm ³ to a specific graveness of,280( 30 ℃) if it's abnormal. Don't add swash water, well water or concentrated sulphuric acid.
Check the installation of each accessory on the diesel machine- including the strength of each appurtenant type, the strength of the grounding screw and the connection of the running ministry.
check the injection pump transmission connection plate wipe oil painting, water and dust from the machine body, turbocharger, cylinder head casing, air cleanser,etc. with a dry cloth or kerchief dipped in diesel energy; wipe or blow off dust from the charge creator, radiator, addict,etc. with compressed air.
